Where venue pages come from
A venue page on VestaModels is created when a performer adds a club or other venue to their "Where to see me" schedule. The club does not set it up and does not need an account. If you are the first dancer to name a club, your appearance creates its page. Otherwise it joins the appearances already there.
This means venue pages grow from the performers' side. A club with a page is a club where at least one performer has chosen to tell people when they are working there.
What is on a venue page
A venue page is a public schedule for that venue:
- The venue's name and city.
- A list of upcoming appearances, by date, from every performer who has listed that venue.
- Each appearance links to the performer's profile under their stage name.
The venue also appears on the city Dancers page at models.vestacreate.com/dancers/<City>, which gathers upcoming appearances across every venue in that city. Someone wondering who is dancing in town this weekend can start there and follow a name through to a profile.
What is not on it
VestaModels is a schedule, not a review site or a directory of services, and the venue pages hold to that:
- No reviews or ratings of the club or of performers.
- No bookings or reservations.
- No messaging from the public to performers.
- No pricing, menus or descriptions of what the club offers.
- No contact details for individual performers beyond the links each one chooses to put on their own profile.
The page says who is appearing where and when. Nothing more.
Why this helps you
For a dancer, a venue page does a few useful things:
- Regulars who know the club but forget your night can check the page instead of asking the DJ or giving up.
- A customer who found you by name can see where you will be, and a customer who found the club can discover you.
- Your appearance sits alongside others, which makes the page worth visiting and brings more eyes to everyone listed.
- Being listed is entirely under your control. You add, change or remove an appearance; the club cannot edit your entry.
If you dance at more than one club, each gets its own entries, and your profile shows the complete picture.
Venue names are entered by performers, so a club can occasionally appear twice under different spellings. Use the name the club itself uses, so your entry lands on the same page as everyone else's. If you notice a duplicate or an error, the site's support can correct it.
Venue pages are not a place to warn others about a club. For that, the safety resources, forums and bad-date lists on the site exist, and they are kept separate from the public schedule for good reason.
